ABDL Diapers Beginner's Buyers Guide

ABDL Diapers: A Beginner’s Buyer’s Guide

Hello everybody! The diaper sommelier is in today to give you some information on various diapers that are available to help you find the diaper that’s just right to wrap around your loserhood.

With so many diapers available to choose from it can be almost impossible for a newer diaper loser to know what diapers are best. We asked DiaperQuean about her experiences with different kinds of diapers and here’s what she said about all of the time she has spent wearing and using diapers.

It’s really easy to run to the store and get yourself a pack of depends and experience the feeling for the first time. While this is an option, I strongly recommend against it. The plastic packaging they come in is more effective at preventing leaks than their actual diapers are. If you are looking for your first diaper, I would recommend Abena’s M4 diaper(or the variant in your size). They are inexpensive, they hold accidents well, and they are comfortable.

If you have a slightly larger budget and want to stick with medical style diapers, I would recommend NorthShore’s Megamax diapers. The plastic is robust but not too thick, the wicking is excellent and they last all day. I have heard people compare Trest diapers to Megamaxes but I have not had the chance to try out the Trest diapers.

When it comes to prints and designs there are a slew of options to choose from. There are several different vendors, but from my experience, ABUniverse and Tykables have the best customer support and business practices out of all of the companies available. As far as their diapers go, I would have to give the edge to Tykables; Their hook and loop tape system is better than any glue tape I have used. ABUniverse diapers have a tendency to have tapes rip off of the wings while you are putting the diaper on if you are not careful. That said, PeekABUs are my favorite diapers by ABUniverse.

Personally I enjoy a plain white diaper or one with simple designs, so my daily choice for diapers are Camelots by Tykables. They hold a lot, the hook and loop tapes are great and do not break easily and the designs on the landing strip are just too adorable! I also really enjoy the Unicorns by Tykables when I want a print of some kind.

I hope you found this helpful and informational! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like information on other diapers!
